The Cloudbook at Walmart for $399.00?

Looks like Wal-mart (not always where I think to look for Open Source, but that’s changing) will sell the Everex Cloudbook for a cool $399 US starting January 25th.
Running gOS, the Cloudbook clocks in at 2lbs, sports a 7″ display, 5+hours of battery life, a VIA 1.2GHz processor, 30 GB HD and a Webcam that works with Skype.
What with the introduction of this and the news of the Asus EEE PC’s outstanding sales figures, it’s sure looking like my prediction about MS losing the Subnotebook Wars in 2008 is right on track.
